Founded by Bobette Gillette, BG&CO is a Black woman-owned and operated firm that prides itself on building with primarily minority-owned vendors from the communities where we host — because who builds the room matters as much as what happens in it.

A senior strategist and event management leader with more than 20 years guiding organizations and C-suite executives through high-visibility moments. Prior to founding BG&CO, Bobette rose to Director of Corporate Relations & Network Productions at BET Networks, supporting the BET Awards, BET Honors and BET Experience. She holds a B.A. in English from Spelman College.

An event designer and producer with 15+ years delivering intentional, high-impact experiences for corporate, nonprofit, cultural and sports clients — from VOGUE World and the GQ Bowl to EBONY's Power 100 Gala. Jaimie holds a B.S. from Spelman College and is pursuing an MFA in Experience Design.
